This is box breathing: a 4-4-4-4 cycle designed to bring you calm, focus, and restoration.
Find a quiet space. Let go of distractions. Sit or lie down comfortably.
Take a moment to settle.
Gently bring your eyes to the center of the mandala.
When ready, press the Click to Begin on the timer then press the play button in the center of the mandala.
When you hear the first bowl tone,
🫁 Inhale slowly for 4 seconds — the mandala will expand with your breath.
⏸️ Hold your breath until the next bowl tone — let the stillness settle.
🌬️ Exhale slowly for 4 seconds — the mandala will contract in rhythm.
Stay present in the pause.
Repeat this flow until the end of the meditation (5 minutes), or pause when you feel complete.
You may replay the cycle as often as needed.
Let this practice bring you back to center.
